Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return one or more items, please fill out our return form, which was included with your order.

Return Conditions
- Returns must be registered online or in-store before sending items back
- Items sent back without prior registration will not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us via e-mail at info@marigiou.com before sending it back so we can review the case individually.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or product, please contact us at info@marigiou.com before sending the item back.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the exchange or provide instructions for placing a new order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following items:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
