Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of the last item on your order to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it:
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the completed return form included with your order
Returns must be registered in advance either through your customer account or by contacting us via email at info@marigiou.com.
Items returned without prior notification may result in delays in processing.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, alterations, or any other condition that prevents the item from being resold as new.

Return Shipping Costs (Greece)
Returns within Greece must be sent through a Geniki Taxydromiki branch and must be shipped using the service "Receiver Pays".
For approved returns sent via Geniki Taxydromiki within Greece, a flat return fee of €3.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that the "Receiver Pays" service is only available through Geniki Taxydromiki.
If a return is sent through any other courier service, including but not limited to ACS, ELTA, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and no return shipping charges will be reimbursed.
International Returns
For returns from outside Greece, return shipping costs and procedures may vary depending on the country and carrier used.
Such returns will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or product, please contact us at info@marigiou.com before sending the item back.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the exchange or provide instructions for placing a new order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email at info@marigiou.com before sending it back so we can review the case individually.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving the last item on your order, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the completed return form included with your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For approved returns within Greece, a flat return fee of €3.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the case of a full return of an order, any standard shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
For partial returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
